Tim Annin (In Memoriam)

The Craig Annin & Baxter family is saddened to share the news that our retired name-partner and friend Timothy Annin passed away on September 15, 2021.

Tim Annin was an extremely talented trial lawyer recognized as a certified civil trial lawyer by the New Jersey Supreme Court and honored as a Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers. He rose to the rank of Captain (0-6) in the United States Navy Reserve during a career that spanned 1963-1991. Along with his vast experience in the trial of dram shop and medical malpractice matters Tim blended a lifetime of recreational boating (power and sail) with a career as a line officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve with his superlative trial skills. Tim became the “go-to” attorney for all matters marine-related. Tim’s notable professional achievements included being a Member, Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, Fellow, American Bar Association, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (President 1987), Burlington County Bar Association (President 2000), American Board of Trial Advocates, Maritime Law Association of the United States, American Society of Naval Engineers American Boat and Yacht Council.
